Rectory. Early C19, incorporating earlier dwelling. Red sandstone random rubble
masonry, moulded plinth, hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves, soffit board
and plastercornice strip. 2 storeys, over basement, 1:2:1 bays; sashes with
glazing bars and rusticated surrounds, splayed bay window on ground floor with 3
rounded headed tracery windows in basement to right, gabled dormers with glazing
bars. Right return elevation the entrance front; 2 storeys, 3 bays; sashes with
glazing bars entrance to right, pedimented doorcase with fluted pilasters,
carbuncles in frieze, 6-panel door, Attached wing, earlier dwelling, contains
early C19 4 x 13 pane staircase window with very thick wooden glazing bars.
