Farmhouse, now barn, in advanced state of dereliction. Late C16, with addition,
probably C17. Rendered cob, steeply pitched corrugated iron roof, stone stack to
right. Plan: open hall house; cross passage, kitchen to right with bacon chamber
projecting on East end gable, fireplace on right-hand wall of cross passage with
3-bay hall open to ceiling, barn addition at West end, outshut at rear. 2
storeys, 2 first floor window openings, one ground floor to right of entrance,
all much decayed, plank door. Entrance to barn to right. Interior: area to right
of cross passage not accessable because of collapsed roof, evidence of plank and
muntin screen. Hall: 3 pairs of jointed crucks, reputedly with evidence of smoke
blackening, now partially collapsed. Roof supported by The Hand of God. (VAG
