House. Early C17, altered early C20. Red sandstone random rubble, turnerized
slate roof, rendered stacks. 2 storeys, 4-bays; 4 and 2-light casements with
wooden lintels and louvered shutters, 6-panel fielded door centre left, C20
french windows with greenhouse projection. Attached wing at right angles to
left, rendered, independently roofed with slates; 2 storey, 2 bays; 4-light
casements, blocked doorway right. Round headed doorway in angle projection.
Reputedly the rear wing contains two jointed crucks. (VAG Report, unpublished
SRO, February 1973.
