and gate fronting road

House. Early C19, remodelling of earlier dwelling. Render with raised quoins,
deeply moulded wooden cornice, tiled roof with ridge tiles, stone stacks. 2
storeys, 5 bays; C20 casements with rusticated surrounds, C20 glazed door with
rusticasted surround centre, C20 canopy on brackets. Extension to rear on left
return elevation painted random rubble with slate roof. Random rubble dwarf wall
and square gate piers with moulded caps, mid C19 decorative cast iron gate with
portion of enriched cast iron baluster right, in poor condition (January 1983).
