ST12NE BISHOP'S LYDEARD CP GREENWAY ROAD

Pair of dwellings, now one. Late C18 - early C19. Red sandstone random rubble with Ham stone dressings, red brick left
return elevation and outshut, slate roofs with projecting verges, brick stacks. One and a half storeys with two storey
crenellated staircase tower with lancet windows centrally placed, two 2-light casements with hoodmoulds with gables
above breaking through eaves both flanked by full height gabled projections, breaking forward which contain crucifors.
windows under hood moulds on the ground floor only, though not to left of staircase tower which has 4 centred arch
doorway. Similar in style to Ballifants (qv) and likewise part of the Sandhill Park Estate.
