House. C18, perhaps a refronting of an earlier dwelling. Rendered over random rubble slate roof, brick stacks left,
tiny gable, probably of stair turret, projecting on roof ridge left. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 16 pane sash windows, central
doorway with simple ashlar pilaster and entablature doorcase, panelled reveals and 9 panel door. Forms a pair with Pear
Tree House (qv) to East.
