ST1225 MILVERTON CP STATION ROAD (East side)

GV II
House. Early C19, Probably refronting C18 structure. Rendered, quoin strips, double span slate roof, brick stacks.
2-storeys, 4 bays, 12 pane sash windows, entrance second bay left, pilaster doorcase, C20 partially glazed door. At one
time had a single storey verandah on facade. Rear elevation has cruciform windows suggesting late C17 building.
