House. Late C15, enlarged C17. Rendered over random rubble, pantile roof, brick stacks. 3 cell and cross passage plan
lying West-east with 2 bay extension at East end. 2-storeys, and one and a half, 4:2 bays; irregularly placed
fenestration, main block first floor C19 3-light casements, ground floor from the left 3-light, 2-light, C20 French
window, tiny lancet above right, 3-light; addition pair of 3-light dormers, C20 window below. Tiled bread oven
projection with circular window to right on left return elevation, entrance at rear. Interior: jointed cruck trusses,
central room 9 panel heavily moulded compartment ceiling with subsidiary quartering, winder stair to left of open
fireplace with chamfered lintel, plank and muntin screen opposite. Four centred arch head doorways, and chamfered beams
with sophisticated C17 stops.
