Cottage. C16-C17. Rendered over cob, thatched roof gabled to right, half hipped to left, rendered stacks marking
central two bays with pantiled bread oven projection, below left stack. One and a half storey centre, single storey
wings, though because of sloping ground left wing lit on return elevation below half hipped roof and therefore also one
and a half storeys; 1:2:2 bays; centre two 2-light casements in dormers with 2-light below flanking central plank door,
2-light to left, to right plank door with single light and 2-light beyond. Interior not viewed, said to contain timber
framed partition, chamfered beams with enriched stops. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, August 1983).
