GV II

Farmhouse, Early C19, possibly incorporating an earlier dwelling. Render grooved as ashlar, hipped slate roof,
overhanging eaves, brick stacks rising on return, Double pile with extension at rear. 2 storeys, 3 bays: 16-pane sash
window, 12-pane sash window first floor centre above half glazed late C19 door, leaded fanlight, flat roofed wooden
trelliswork porch. Left return, unlit on main block, roof slopes down from 2 storeys to one over 12-pare sash window,
3-light casement below, to plank door beyond, pointed arch headed casement with divided tracery end bay left where
wall abuts barn (qv). Interior not seen.
