House. Early C19. Rendered over random rubble, slate roof, overhanging eaves, C20 soffit board with cornice added,
rendered stacks gable ends. Plan: double pile set gable end onto road with service wing at rear, now separate dwelling
(not included). 2 storeys, 3 bays; 12-pane sash windows, single storey wooden trelliswork verandah with glazed roof and
asbestos slates, continued over extension at East end forming entrance from road set in red sandstone random rubble
wall extending about 5 metres South, segmental headed panelled double doors in brick bay with ashlar quoins, imposts
and keystone, concrete coping.
