Farmhouse, now dwelling. C17, refenestrated late C18-early C19. Blue lias and red sandstone random rubble, rendered
right return, thatched roof, brick stack gable ends, possibly with lateral stack at rear. Plan: 3-cell and cross
passage. One and a half storeys, 4 bays; first floor all 3-light leaded iron casements, ground floor 3 and 4-light left
and 4-light right of deep, slate roofed pentice porch carried on rubble walls, chamfered cambered head doorway, plank
door; large raking buttress end bay right. Interior not seen, could well contain features of interest. Two bay brick
cottage attached at rear by section of wall. Formerly known as Clarke's Farm.
