House. Circa 1800. Rendered over brick, hipped bitumen covered slate roof, overhanging eaves with soffit board, gabled
parallel range at rear, brick stacks rising from eaves on returns and gable ends. Plan: parallel range. Two storeys, 3
bays, 16-pane sash windows, ground floor windows with decorative blind boxes, central wooden fluted Doric porch with
pilaster responds carrying entablature with dentil moulded cornice, the whole subsiding slightly to the left; 6-panel
door with Adam-style fanlight.
