Possible longhouse, now farmhouse. Possibly late medieval in origin, byre incorporated in dwelling c1600, subsequently
enlarged, south end rebuilt late C17-early C18, restored late C20. Roughcast over rubble with some cob, half hipped
thatched roof, brick stacks left of cross passage and right of centre. Plan: possible longhouse, 2 unequal rooms left
of cross passage, fireplace inserted into byre right with stair turret or curing chamber adjoining on rear elevation,
kitchen addition beyond with wash house addition at rear. One and a half storeys, three 3-light casements rising from
eaves, ground floor 3 and 4-light casements left of entrance, right two 4-light and one 2-light, studded plank door,
right return plank door, possibly C17. Interior not seen, said to contain 2 cruck trusses by entrance, chamfered beams
with step and runout stops to cross passage and axial bead with runout stops to cross passage and axial beam in hall to
right, some C18 raised and fielded panelled doors and a C18 cupboard to left of C18 curved hearth in hall.(VAG Report
