churchyard, about 2 north-east
of chancel, Church of St Peter
GV II
Chest tomb. Early C19. Sandstone and blue lias. Ledger topped, moulded cornice,
entablature, fluted columns dividing east and west sides and set at corners with
projecting arris, profile repeated on moulded plinth, convex north and south ends,
inset blue lias panels east and west sides, much spalling and inscriptions eroded.
A variation on the usual design.
