churchyard about 3.5 m east of
chancel, Church of St Andrew and
at Mary

Chest tomb. Circa 1800. Portland stone and possibly lias panels, Ledger topped, moulded
cornice, projecting chamfered plinth, set on single step, north and south faces divided
into 2 with chamfered pilasters with runout stops, inset lias panels eroded in parts,
inscribed on south-west panel to Emma Vibart died 180- and to other members of the family
on the north face. Evidence of painted outline decoration at east end.
There are a number of monuments to the Vibart family inside the church (qv).
