A pleasant mid C19 farmhouse on southern outskirts of the town. Two storey stucco front. Hipped slate roofs. Four windows with painted surrounds. Sashes, glazing bars. Solid porch in centre with recessed doorway.

The asset was previously listed twice also at List entry 1059914. This entry was removed from the List on 10th July 2015.
