Farmhouse. Possibly C16, west end (kitchen) partly rebuilt, centre 4 bays reroofed when farmhouse refenestrated late
C19. Slobbered rubble, centre possibly cob and rubble west end where wall very irregular, asbestos slates to lower
roofed west end and higher centre, triple Roman tiles to hipped agricultural wing return to north with eaves at same
height as west end, brick stack rebuilt left gable end, large render and brick stack set below eaves to right of
through passage and similar to right. Plan: 3-cell and cross passage with agricultural wing right where ground slopes
away, original plan unclear. Two storeys, 1:1:2:1 bays, late C19 and C20 casements, first floor 2-light, ground floor
left 4-light to left of entrance, C20 door, 2-light beyond with wall above unlit, two 2-light windows beyond, 2-light
in agricultural wing with plank door beyond. Interior: partially seen; 9-panel steeply chamfered compartment ceiling
right of cross passage, lower end featureless but large fireplace concealed behind C20 grate; possible 4-bay jointed
cruck roof centre.
