about 30 m west of Gerbestone
Manor

GV II

Barn converted to squash court and roof extended to form garage and verandah. C18, altered c1935 by Hubert Lidbetter.
Red brick, Flemish bond, weatherboarding gable ends, thatched roof, extended on south side to form verandah, corrugated
asbestos on north side extended over garage. Plant squash court with viewing platform at east end over changing rooms,
garage north, 5-bay verandah south, East front: 3-light window gable end, decorative leading, weatherboarded centre to
lintel of 4-centred arch head doorframe with double doors, garage doors end bay right, 3-light window with hoodmould
between. A very picturesque composition.
