Farmhouse. Early C19. Chert stone random rubble, slate roof, brick stacks gable ends. L-plan, main entrance via gable
end on north-east side fronting road, longer foldyard frontage facing north-west. North-east front: 2 storeys, 1:1
bays, first floor left 3-light leaded iron casement, similar below, right in gable end C20 window above panelled door;
long right return onto foldyard first floor two leaded 3-light casements left, right catslide roof from eaves level
forming porch and outshot at kitchen end, ground floor right similar fenestration, square headed doorway. Interior not
seen. Cast iron railings in random rubble retaining wall fronting main elevation to road.
