Cottage. C17 with C18 and C20 additions. Timber framed with brick infill and painted and cement rendered brick additions; clay tile roof; brick stacks with diagonal shafts. Lobby entry plan. One storey and attics; two timber framed bays to left of three square panels up to eaves and short straight braces; one gabled two-light dormer and one three-light window; one central brick bay with dentilled eaves course, one two-light gabled dormer, one four-light window and a gabled porch; C20 lean to extension
to right. All windows are C20 casements with lead lattice work.

Interior: Inglenook fireplace; timber framed chimney breast; exposed floor beams and wall framing.
