Farmhouse. Early C18 with C19 alterations. Red brick with (C20) cedar shingled roof. Square plan with roof in 'U' layout with valley to rear. Central through passage. Two storey with attics; three window front; central entrance; raised brick bands at plinth and window head levels, running into raised brick and pilaster strips taken up to moulded eaves cornice, broken forward over pilasters. C19 sashes with glazing bars, stone cills and gauged brick heads to first floor and C19 tripartite sashes with segmental heads to ground floor, flanking six panel front door with rectangular fanlight. C20 timber porch.

Interior: steep staircase with winders, placed against centre of through passage, curved handrail and volute scroll to curtail step. C17 pattern moulded doors to attic storey.
