Inn, early C19 with earlier core. Red brick, rendered frontage with hipped tiled roof to front and brick verge parapet to rear; irregularly placed ridge stacks. L shaped plan, two storey, six window front, raised band at first floor level, small pane Gothic casements, central entrance with lightweight, pedimented porch and six flush panelled door; arched hood to side door.
