Walled Vegetable Garden containing heated wall and heating lodges, C18.
Adapted for heating in mid C19. Red brick and stone dressings; approximately
130 m square with heated wall running East-West in centre; outer wall
approximately 3 m high, stone coping, ramped down to wrought iron entrance
gates to South. Heated wall as perimeter with similar central break to
entrance; Lodges to West section, single storey pedimented front; stone
string to springing level of arch topped and keyed casement; oculus to
tympanum; greenhouses not included.
