GV II

House. 1818. By Joseph Potter. Brown brick; slate roof with
coped verges on kneelers; brick external end stacks. Gothic style.
2 storeys with eaves band; 3 pointed windows, casements with Gothic-
style glazing bars; central 6-panelled door with panelled doorcase,
pointed overlight containing Gothic-style glazing bars and bracketed
hood; shoe-scraper to left of door with pointed arch.
