Group of 3 cottages. C18 and early C19 with later alterations. Red brick on sandstone plinth; plain tile roof with shaped kneelers. Roughly L-shaped plan; The Cottage and Garden Cottage, C18, aligned north-west/south-east, Mill End Cottage, C19, to the west, aligned north-east/south-west.

North-east front: (The Cottage and Garden Cottage) One storey and attic with floor band and central brick stack; two windows, casements with segmental heads, two small attic lights to centre and right of centre.

South-east front: Mill End Cottage set-back to the left, gable end of The Cottage to the right.

The Cottage: One storey and attic with drip bands; casements with segmental heads to ground floor right and attic centre; door with segmental head and rustic porch to the left.

Mill End Cottage: two storeys with eaves band; two windows, glazing bar casements with cast iron frames; central door with rustic porch; plastered external end stack to left.
