GV II

House, wall, railings and gate. C18, remodelled circa 1840. Red brick,
now rendered and lined as ashlar; hipped slate roof with oversailing eaves;
ridge, stack to rear; U-shaped plan of principal range and 2 rear wings.
2 storeys; 3 windows, glazing bar sashes with horns and fluted keystones
Central half-glazed door with rectangular overlight and small portico with
cylindrical columns. C19 cast-iron gate, and railings surmounting a low
brick wall enclose a front garden. Included for group value.
