Probably of early C16 origin. Formerly much altered but-now well restored;
timber frame with herring-bone brick infill; one storey plus attic; 3 modern
wood casement windows; restored doorway with ledged door; one dormer; temporary
roof of asbestos slates, replacing former thatch. Interior has exposed ceiling
beams, some timber-framing including raised crucks, and good central fireplace
with timber and brick chimney, all well restored.
