Dated 1869. Sham timber frame and roughcast. One-windowed projecting gabled bay
on left-hand side; casement windows; one gabled dormer to right breaking above
eaves; plain doorway with ledged door, and tiled porch on corner post; sprocket
eaves; ornamental tiles.
