Dated 1906. Architect: Sir Guy Dawber. Sham timber frame, roughcast and red brick.
L-shaped on plan; 2 storeys. The front, to north-west, has a projecting gabled
bay on left-hand side and another to right with stone rusticated semi-circular
carriage arch under wide projecting gable; wood mullioned casement windows irregularly
disposed, with leaded lights; plain doorway to left with hipped tile roof on wood
supports; overhanging eaves; tall brick stacks; tiles. Long wing at rear with
irregular fenestration and surmounted by wood lantern.
