Oulton Old Hall

SJ 93 NW 6/17 10.1.53. Oulton Hall)

Mainly C18 but the core C17. Red brick and stone; 3 storeys plus attic. Front
has 7 wood casement windows and stone doorcase with stone Roman Doric portico;
generally old leaded lights; the west and garden elevations with 3-light stone
mullioned windows, those to the latter partly obscured by C19 additions; stone
band below upper storey which is a C18 addition; nipped slate roof. Interior has
exposed ceiling beams.
