Generally C17. Irregular. Timber frame, partly exposed on west side,and red brick;
2 storeys and one storey plus attic; early C19 casement windows irregularly disposed;
2 plain doorways with cambered heads; early C19 wing on left-hand side. Late C16
timber-framed wing projecting on right-hand having rendered gable end and exposed
close-spaced vertical framing on north side, part wattle and daub infilling and
part stone; stone base; massive stone lateral stack. Interior has exposed ceiling
beams.
