Cottage. C17. Timber framed with some brick repairs, the external wall plastered; plain tile roof; brick central stack. Two-cell lobby entry plan aligned-north-south facing east. One storey and attic; two windows, C20 casements with pseudo shutters, eyebrow dormer to the left; central door. Right hand (north) gable has a queen strut roof truss.
