GV II

House. C17 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed with
brick infill and brick additions; plain tile roof; brick central stack.
L-shaped plan; formerly a 2-framed bay range aligned north-east/south-
west facing north-west. a wing was later added to the north-west and
aligned north-west/south-east. South-west elevation: one storey and
attic; 1:1 bays, gable of original house to right, set-back extension
wing to left. Right hand gable: C20 ground floor bay window and 2
attic windows with segmental heads, all casements; the upper part of
the gable has been rebuilt in brick but some square panelled framing
survives to the ground storey. Extension wing: bracketed bay window
to ground floor left and gabled dormer above, both C20; door to right.
Left hand return of original house has a blocked C17 first floor window.
South-east elevation: 3 square panels to eaves with straight braces;
irregular fenestration, C20 casements to ground floor left and right of
centre, gabled dormer to right of centre. Interior not inspected.
