House. Late C15 with later alterations and additions. Timber-framed, the outer walls replaced in brick; plain tile roof; brick ridge stack. Two framed bay house aligned north-south facing west, extended to the north in the C19 and to the east in the C20.

Two storeys; four window front of C20 casements. C19 gabled porch with shaped tile roof to left of centre garage door to left. Exposed main wall posts.

Interior: Large open fireplace in the south-west corner of the south bay. Both ground floor rooms have very wide ceiling joists. The main wall posts are heavily jowelled and have massive two-way curved braces. Rear wall retains large panel framing. Central queen strut roof truss.

Although altered, this remains a substantially intact hall with screen's passage of possible quasi-aisled type.
