GV II


Farmhouse. Mid-C18 with substantial early C19 additions. Red brick;
tiled roofs; stacks to rear of T-shaped plan. C18 front to south
of two builds, divided down centre; to left with raised strings to
first and attic floor levels; 3-light casement to first floor and two-
light to ground. Right hand side has a raised string at first-floor
level only, set at a higher level than the left counterpart; blind
segmental-headed opening to first floor over a similarly headed two-
light casement which has a further segmental arch above line of head.
Entrance to rear an early C19 wing. Forms part of an attractive group
facing church (q.v.) and Hall (q.v.).
