Granary and cartshed. Mid C18 with early C19 additions. Red brick;
tiled roofs; verge parapets, stack to left end. L-shaped plan. Single
storey and attics. Projecting gable to right with segmental headed
3-light casement over double cart entries. Wing set back to left
has a gabled projection packed into the return angle, entered at first
floor adjacent to the main gable via a projecting solid flight of
stone and brick steps which include a segmental headed dog kennel
below the flight; further later lean-to addition against set back
wing with corrugated iron roof. Far left gable has six dove nesting
boxes and landing ledges. Forms part of a complete farm group, built
for the Swinfen estate.
