GV II


Farmhouse. Late C18 with minor C20 alterations. Red brick; tiled
roof on dentilled eaves ; verge parapets on corbelled kneelers with
end stacks. Two-storey and attic, three-window front, gabled dormers
over. Segmental headed casements, the outer wider and formerly of
3 lights now with C20 casements; the centre window is transomed and
set over segmental headed entrance with overlight and part-glazed
door. Lower wing to rear with further entrance and two blocked, elliptically
arched cart entries; tall attic entry to centre with brick winders
leading to right.
