10/23 The Old Vicarage


GV II


Former parsonage house. Early to mid-C18 with later alterations and
additions. Red brick; plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks.
2 storeys and gable-lit attic, with continuous first floor band and
moulded wooden eaves cornice; 5 bays, casements, probably C19, within
C18 openings with gauged brick heads. Mid-C19 central gabled porch
with half-glazed 2-leaf door, inside a 2-leaf glazed door. Single-
storey set-back extension to the right with hipped roof. Later extensions
to the rear.
