Farmhouse. Dated 1777 on left hand gable, minor C20 alterations. Red brick; plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks. L-shaped plan; principal range aligned north-east/south-west, facing south-east and rear wing to the north-east aligned north-west/south-east.

Three storeys with eaves band, reduced proportions to second floor; three windows, C20 hardwood casements within original surrounds with segmental heads, window to ground floor left has been enlarged in the C20. Central six-panelled door, the upper two lights glazed and C20 rustic porch with hipped roof.

Interior: C18 wainscotting, reused; staircase with stick balusters; chamfered and stopped main beams; plain service staircase in rear wing.
