Farmhouse. C17, refenestrated in the mid-C19. Red brick (English
bond); plain tile roof with stone coped verges, shaped kneelers and
ball finials; brick ridge stack, and integral end stack to rear wing.
T-shaped plan: main range aligned north-east / south-west facing north-
west with baffle-entry; rear wing aligned north-west / south-east.
2 storey and gable-lit attic. 3 window front, mainly glazing bar
sashes with horns; C20 casements to ground floor left and centre. C19
gabled porch right of centre with finial. The right hand gable has
a 2-storey canted bay with half-glazed door, rectangular overlight,
12-pane glazing bar sashes with horns, and a dentilled cornice. Rear
wing has a big window to the ground floor and a sash window above.
