A C17 timber framed building modernised by cement rendering and C19 fenestration;
2 storeys; 4 stone-framed windows and an entrance doorway under a C19 trefoil
opening in a pointed arch. Small plinth; small modillion cornice; tiles.

The listed buildings from No 21 to Bank House on the North West Side of Church
Street form a group.
