Good Edwardian house built 1906 for the head brewer of Bass's Brewery. Red
brick and stucco; 3 storeys; 5 sash windows in elaborate stuccoed architraves,
those to 2nd storey with voluted heads. Ground storey windows are 2-light;
stuccoed doorcase with fluted pilasters, voluted pediment on consoles, plain
rectangular fanlight and 4-Panelled door; moulded stucco sill bands and corbelled
eaves cornice; coped gabled ends; tiles.
