Cottage. Late C17. Timber framed with brick infill panels and some brick replacement; tile roof; brick integral end stack. Single-cell aligned north-south facing south. One storey and gable-lit attic with three tiers of square panels to eaves level, straight braces; and long straight tension braces. The south front has a central door flanked by a pair of two-light casements, a three-light attic casement, and a collar and tie beam roof truss with V-struts above the collar and vertical struts below.
