Cottage. C17 and C18 largely rebuilt c.1830. Timber-framed and brick. Plain tile roof with overhanging eaves. Two brick gable stacks. Two storey, three bay with four shallow brick pilasters. Central doorway with reeded wooden door surround, panel door and overlight. Either side are single three light glazing bar casements with segmental brick heads. Above a central similar two light window, flanked by single similar three light windows also with segmental brick heads. South gable wall timber-framed. Rear brick C18 wing. Included for group value only.
