Cottage c.1840. Brick with plain tile roof and deeply over hanging eaves. 2
tall brick gable stacks. 2 storey 3 bay. Central doorway with pedimental door
surround and panel door. Eitherside are single 3 light casements, and above 2
similar casements all with stucco brick lintels with keystones. Included for
group value only.
