Cottage c.1840. Brick with plain tile roof and deeply over hanging eaves. Two tall brick gable stacks. Two storey three bay. Central doorway with pedimental door surround and panel door. Either side are single three light casements, and above two similar casements all with stucco brick lintels with keystones.
