Large detached house in grounds. C17 restored with an earlier core. Timber-framed,
brick and stone with tiled roof and brick stacks. Projecting bays at either side
with Dutch gables. Two storeys. Two-storeyed porch bay projects at centre. Nine
window front. Casement windows, some with leaded lights. Plastered segmental
headed doorway. Parapets. Incorporates at east side earlier massive stone chimney
having later restoration in brick. Interior much altered but retains exposed
ceiling beams.
