Farmhouse. Early C19 with late C19 alterations and additions. Red brick; tiled roof with dentilled eaves course; end stacks and ridge stack to right of centre. Three-storey, four-window front; segmental-headed three-light casements and windows, shorter to each upper storey and second floor close-spaced to first. Gabled single-storey porch to right of centre with shaped tiles and cusped and fretted barge boards combining trefoil patterns. Lower two-storey wing set back and attached to left side.
