House, now in 2 units. Dated 1707 with C20 alterations. Red brick; hipped tile roof; ridge stack to right of centre. 2-storey and attic, 5-window front; raised band at first floor level and 9-course high inscription "1707" laid-in blue brick; 2 small hipped dormers over C20 casements, 3 to right deeper (one partly obscuring date) and over 4 windows to ground floor, 2 to right with segmental heads; two C20 lean-to porches, to centre and right end; glazed C20 doors.
