GV II

Inn. C18 with later alterations and additions. Roughcast brick;
plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks, that to east roughcast,
and brick ridge stack. Formerly lobby-entry. 2 storeys and gable-
lit attic with floor bands and dentilled eaves course; 2 windows,
3-light casements with false shutters, that to ground floor centre
has 2-lights. Low flat-roofed extension to right. Interior:
Large open fireplace. Stands in a commanding position on the main
thoroughfare through the village.
